Operating Instructions and Precautions
): FFC insertion method: open and close the flip cover, please implement it when the connector is installed on the circuit board; push the flip cover up to unlock it, pull it up with your index finger and thumbnail, you can easily Simple operation.
): When inserting the FFC, please do it with the cover fully open, the conductor of the FFC faces down, and the FPC is inserted vertically relative to the connector. Make sure that the FFC is inserted to the bottom of the body. This product is structurally designed , the flip cover cannot be opened more than 100°, so do not apply force beyond this range on the rear, otherwise the flip cover will loosen or be damaged.
): Press down on the middle part of the flip cover, and when the FFC is inserted halfway, or if the insertion misalignment is extremely large, the flip cover will not be locked well and will float. At this time, take out the FFC according to the method of 4), and start the operation from 1) again. At the same time, when performing locking operations, the connector must be fixed.
): The method of pulling out the FFC; open the flip cover according to the method in 1; when pulling out the FFC, please do it with the flip cover fully open. In case the flip cover is not fully opened, pull out the FFC , When reinstalling the FFC, please confirm whether there is any attachment on the contact part.
): For FFC, please do not apply pulling force on it, or apply prying force in the direction of its terminal spacing.
): Please avoid operations such as pinching or pulling out the cover with your fingers (especially pulling it out with your fingernails)
): Please insert the FFC into the connector's insertion port correctly. Make sure that the FFC is inserted to the bottom of the body. If it is inserted incorrectly, it will cause a short circuit and poor conduction. When inserting the FFC, do not rub the connector hard Otherwise, the terminal will collide strongly with the FFC, resulting in deformation of the terminal and peeling of the FFC conductor.
): If it is a large PIN number, please press the two ends of the cover to close it.
